You Know You Are A Big Family When....

animal-humor

...none of your children have ever ridden in the same car at once.

...you go through a loaf a bread a day.

...when your bathroom closet looks like Sam's Club (toilet paper)

...you're out w/your kids and someone asks if you run a daycare.

...you have to cook in 2 9x13 pans and don't have any leftovers.

...you buy 4+ gallons of milk a week and don't worry about the expiration date.

...you always do a head count when you leave a building.

...when you buy double of the 'family size' stuff

...the checker at the grocery store asks if you are throwing a party.

...someone asks if they are all yours.

...you buy your pots and pans in the restaurant supply store (we just got a bunch of ours at Sam's Club).

...you finally got your dream car.... a 15 passenger van. (needing to clarify...no we didn't get a 15 passenger van...would be nice though)

this is so cute! tell the checker at the store- "heck yeah im throwing a party-- a family party!"-- i want a big family so your posts about yours make me happy! i dont often read a lot of positive posts about kiddos, so it's refreshing!

This is SOOOO my life. But then again, I too have 5 kids. The other thing is that you get get so excited when you have friends whose kids ages line up with yours because then you might actually get somethings done...even though their are 10 kids running around. Awesome!

All hold true for our family except the 15 passenger van though it sounds like a great way of keeping my kids from killing each other on long trips.

We meet about half of those! :-) And have had strangers come up and ASK our daycare rates. Thought of making WE ARE NOT IN DAYCARE t-shirts for the kids
